The city would appreciate any help from the public in finding rental properties that were not inspected for occupancy. If you are a landlord, and didn’t report a new tenant, per our city’s ordinance, the landlord will be fined.  If someone moves into your neighborhood and you suspect it is a rental, please contact the city of Jeannette  or call 724-527-4000 Ext:20.
