Altman Park is available for rental. The rental rates for 2024 are:
For Residents:
Weekends $150 plus $50 security deposit
Weekdays $75 plus $50 security deposit
For Nonresidents:
Weekends $175 plus $50 security deposit
Weekdays $100 plus $50 security deposit

Event Requests
In an effort to streamline the process for event requests in the City, there is now an Event Request Form to complete for all events planned in the City of Jeannette. Please turn in this completed form to the Admin Assistant's Office in Jeannette City Hall, 110 South 2nd Street, Jeannette, PA 15644. You can also send the completed form via email to abeneke@cityofjnt.com.
Please note that there is a $35.00 fee for use of the electricity, which may be increased to reflect the amount used for the event (if the amount exceeds the fee amount).
Please be aware that, per state law, fireworks are not permitted within 150 feet of any occupiable structure, and a Certificate of Liability Insurance will be required.
Please submit requests no later than sixty (60) days in advance of your event to ensure that the Jeannette City Council has the time necessary to review and approve your request.
Please be aware that all Food Trucks will need to be inspected by the Department of Agriculture or by the City Health Inspector.
Please be aware that all Food Trucks will need to be inspected by the Fire Chief per the International Fire Code (The entity hosting the event will be held responsible for all Food Trucks and their inspections).
All events must be cleared with the Chief of Police and the Fire Chief for Safety.
All events will require a Certificate of Liability Insurance with the City listed under the insured.
Street Closure Application
Please submit this application at least 45 days before the date of the event. The cost of street closure is $100.00 made Payable to the City of Jeannette.
The Elliott Group Amphitheater
The Elliott Group Amphitheater at 501 Clay Avenue, Jeannette, PA 15644 is open for use.
For reservations, please submit a completed event request form to the City Clerk's Office at 110 South 2nd Street, Jeannette, PA 15644 or email the form to abeneke@cityofjnt.com indicating the date(s), time(s), and details of the event.
Upon receipt of the event request form, Council will consider the request at the following Regular Council Meeting, so please submit your request at least 30 days in advance of the event.
If approved, you will need to sign an Amphitheater License and Use Agreement Form and fulfill all requirements therein.
