NO PARKING During Milling & Paving Work
Residents on North 5th Street (Patton to Gaskill) and Gaskill Avenue (North 4th Street to North 8th Street) are required to move vehicles off the street before 6:30 AM on Thursday June 11, 2026, through Thursday June 18, 2026 (WEATHER DEPENDENT) to avid towing. If parking on nearby side streets please remain at least 20 feet from the intersections.
Please observe all posted parking restrictions and do not park within the marked work area. Residents should plan for limited street access during working hours (6:30 AM – 6:30 PM).

MS4/Stormwater Management
The stormwater requirements of the federal Clean Water Act are administered under the Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Protection’s Municipal Separate Storm Sewer (MS4) Program. In December 2002, DEP issued a General Permit requiring the implementation of a stormwater management program for minimizing the impacts from runoff.
